My story
I grew up struggling with moderate to severe eczema, visiting multiple doctors to try and find a solution for my skin. I was prescribed various topical steroids which provided temporary relief, but it soon became something that was no longer a sustainable long term solution for my healing.

In 2015 I went through a condition called Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) due to prolonged use of steroids. Through diet, lifestyle, and functional nutrition interventions, I was able to fully recover from TSW and now maintain my eczema in remission. This journey involved years of research, trial and error, and evidence-based learning and attending conferences about eczema treatments.
My own journey inspired me to become a Registered Dietitian, dedicated to helping others take charge of their health and heal from the inside out - particularly for chronic skin conditions like eczema.

I focus on combining evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, and mind-body approaches to help clients reduce inflammation, support gut and skin health, and improve overall well-being.
