I grew up battling moderate to severe eczema and managed to heal my flares using food and natural alternatives — despite being told by doctors that my condition could only be controlled with medications. This journey inspired me to dedicate my career as a Registered Dietitian to empowering others to take charge of their health through integrative and functional nutrition.

Having personally navigated Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW), a condition caused by the side effects of prolonged topical steroid use, and achieving full recovery since 2015, I’m deeply committed to guiding others on their healing journeys — empowering them to recover naturally without reliance on medications..

After years of battling eczema and enduring the challenges of Topical Steroid Withdrawal, I’m incredibly grateful to now be on the other side.

The turning point came when I decided to go all in on myself —investing in my health journey, prioritizing the mind-body connection, and embracing holistic healing. This commitment led to the most profound transformation in my skin and overall well-being.

Today, I’m living my dream of traveling the world — a dream I once thought was impossible.

I believe everyone deserves a life free from chronic symptoms and dependency on medications.

If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
